EV Roadside Assistance in Richmond & Chesterfield, VA
Electric vehicles can require different roadside and towing procedures than traditional gasoline-powered vehicles. Soot Happens Towing & Recovery provides roadside assistance and towing support for EV owners throughout Richmond, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Bon Air, Henrico, and surrounding communities.
Roadside Help for Electric Vehicles
Depending on the situation, we can assist with tire changes, lockouts, 12-volt battery issues, accident recovery, and towing when an EV cannot be safely driven.
Proper EV Handling Matters
Electric vehicles have unique drivetrain, battery, and recovery considerations. Our team gathers the vehicle year, make, model, condition, and circumstances before dispatching so the appropriate towing or roadside approach can be determined.
EV Towing and Transport
If your EV requires transport, provide the exact pickup location and destination along with any warning messages, damage, or other important vehicle information.
